Covenant Elite Commando from Halo. These guys are awesome. No texture on this one though. I did this over the weekend while I was out of town. Tonight I remembered about the 3D-club contest, and thought this would be good for that.

This is my entry for the 3D-Club ( [link] ) contest 5.
Modeled in 3D Studio Max 6

5 hours model time
5 min. render time with 1 skylight. Default renderer

I was involved in a robotics competition at school and I was their animator. The competition was sponsered by Autodesk and they gave a couple software packages to each team. I was lucky enough to be one of the guys who got one
